Advantages and disadvantages of being self employed...

If you want to be a sellf employed I will present some advantages and disadvantages:

Advantages:
- Own boss. Nobody likes answering to other people. Being self employed means that there  is nobody to report or answear to.
- Reduced transportation cost. . Any travel cost incurred by self employed people can be written-off against taxes.
-Independence, control and freedom from routine - Companies or individuals you work for are your clients, not your employers. As clients, they can state what results are expected from you, but they do not direct your work.

Disadvantages:
-Less security - It will be your responsibility to make sure you always have work to do. This means that sometimes you may  be without work and therefore without income.
-Stress and anxiety. Working from home has a number of advantages, but many self employed people suffer with stress.
- Fewer free benefits - You will have to pay for your own vacation time,

Discussions - Opinions

I think Romanians are good, smart people and also comunicative. And when I said that " Romanians are smart people" I said because is very true, there are many things wich are invented by them..
For example "Nicolae Paulescu" - is one of the well- known . He was a Romanian physiologist, professor of medicine, the discoverer of pancreatine. The "pancreine" was a crude extract of bovine pancreas in salted water, after which some impurites were removed with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide .

My opinion is that people are different in many ways.

Everywhere we find smart people, hardworking and also bad people and selfish too. We can not judge a nations for some individuals who embarrass us. And about Roumania I can say that is a beutiful country with great and compassionate people.

The girl in the picture is my sister Ramona, she was 9 years old. This foto was taken las summer (2011, Valladolid Spain) and it's one of my favourite. She lives there with my parents. We only see during holidays.
Ramona is very important to me because I always wanted to have a sister. We have many things in commun and we really like to talk spanish.

A Recent Film That I Have Seen ...."FAST FIVE"

Fast Five is a recent movie I saw and I think that is a very interesting and good film so I recommend to everyone

Summary:

Former cop Brian O'Conner partners with ex-con Dom Toretto on the opposite side of the law. Brand names ....

The brand name I like and would to analyze is "Nestlé".

1. The name is not very connected with the product it self. The brand is named after Henry Nestlé, a German confectioner and founder of Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company, as well as one of the main creators of condensed milk who founded. Currently, the company is the world's largest food group.

2. It is a international brand and the name wasnt't translated in Romnian, but they can find the product even if they go to different countries.

3. The name brings additional connotations to the brand name because they are products that meet local tastes, but also because they raise global standards.

4. The product I would like to introduce on the market is " Mytery " an extremely good chocolate. I think that this name would be perfect for others to buy and try it.
